Refund & Returns Policy – The Revolt
At The Volt, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and returns guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Certain items such as underwear, socks, and sale/discounted products are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at contact@therevolt.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or product variation where stock is available.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
