We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days nationwide.


2. Do you deliver across South Africa?

Yes, we deliver to most locations across South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and instructions to track your parcel online.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via trusted gateways (PayFast/Paystack) using debit/credit cards and instant EFT.


5. What is your return policy?

6. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible for size or product variations where stock is available. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. However, we may expand to international shipping in the near future.
